I’ve always been a loyal fan of Bingo snacks. Whether it’s their bold flavours, creative packaging, or quirky product names, there’s something fun and memorable about everything they do. Over time, I’ve tried almost every variety—spicy, tangy, or overloaded with masala. Naturally, I thought I had seen it all. However, what happened recently made me realize I had underestimated them.

As soon as I opened it, the aroma was familiar—spicy, tangy, and inviting. I took a cautious sip, unsure of what Bingo’s take on chach would taste like. But then, all my doubts disappeared. Moreover, it wasn’t some modern or fancy version of buttermilk trying too hard to be cool. On the contrary, it felt deeply rooted in Indian flavours, yet had that playful Bingo personality. In other words, it was different, but not in a way that tried to reinvent the wheel.
After finishing the bottle, I couldn’t stop thinking about how something so unexpected could work so well. I hadn’t seen this product in supermarkets or online, which made me wonder—was it new? A trial product? Or maybe just available at select places? Whatever the case, it felt like I had stumbled upon a hidden gem.
Later that day, I told my friends about it. As expected, they were shocked. One of them even thought I had made it up. However, once I shared a photo, the tables turned. Suddenly, they were intrigued. A few of them went out looking for it the very next day.
Reflecting on it, this move by Bingo makes perfect sense. They’ve always been fearless when it comes to flavour. This chach was just another bold experiment—and one that actually worked. It carried the same spirit that makes their snacks so popular: full of personality, packed with taste, and totally unexpected.
Ultimately, this wasn’t just a drink—it was an experience. What began as a simple stop for lemon juice ended in a surprising discovery that merged two of my favourite things: spice and refreshment. Honestly, who would’ve thought a snack brand could pull off something like this so effortlessly?
If I ever spot it again, I won’t think twice. It’s going straight into my cart. And if Bingo decides to keep this product in their lineup permanently, I can already see it becoming my summer go-to. Sometimes, the best things are the ones that arrive without warning. And in this case, Bingo’s Masala Tadka Chach was one such delightful surprise.
